I am on business visa form last one year with good salary.
Problem is my company is not giving me RP,when ever I ask about it, they are telling inshaalla you will get soon and we issue as per sineority.But now I came to know that company get RP for FIVE Engineers and they issued all of them to my juniors employ who joins the company just three month ago and when I asked them they why not me? they say soon you will also get it.
Now quetion is that can get my RP with another sponsor & work with my company. IF yes than how to manage the show.

No you cannot get RP to the other sponsor, only your sponsor who provide you business visa can do it, maybe they put you on temporary employment not the permanent one.
