"Please note that all parking garages will be converted to managed areas.

Commencing October 1, 2009, the cost will be QR30 for the first three hours of parking and QR10 for every hour thereafter.

yesterday, and it was barren,,,,except for a few lonely Italian cars in the showroom.

Perhaps its better if they do turn it into a parking lot!
