Loans!!. What to do when moved to other GCC??? HELPPPP!!!
Is there anyone here who could help my friend, this is regarding his existing personal and vehicle loan. His company is arranging to demobilize him to Dubai for their new project there however, he is worried about his existing personal and vehicle loan here in Qatar. He just got his new loan 6 months ago and quite huge. I do not have any idea about this and I advised him to visit his bank and negotiate or tell him about his problem.
Actually, he just need a head start on what to do and any advise from our fellow QL who have same experience or maybe you have some friends who have the same fate. If there are bank loan personnel here specialized on this problem would be a great help. Any advise would greatly help and maybe a reference to those who will have the same scenario.

Thanks guyz for the information and I hope the bank will help him. It's quite frustrating that the bank loosing trust to those who are innocent of the crimes of others, the rest suffer for inconveniences wherein they are trustworthy... again thanks guyz

I am sure it will work out for your friend as far as the personal loan in considered.
Car loan can be sold off easily on QL itself.
Go to the Bank and explain everything..they will listen...but dont ever, never run away from your debt..BANKS ARE NOW POWERFUL AND COULD MAKE YOUR LIFE UNEASY...and if everything is useless get an Attorney..he'll help you..as to your car loan look for someone who can assume your car loan..post me about the details..i can be of help to you..Regards
Your friend may have had to assign their salary to the bank to be able to take the loan. They may even of signed a security cheque. By assigning your salary the bank has the right to use any end of service benefits to clear or reduce the loan. Without the loan being paid off the bank may not issue a release letter and therefore you friend will not be able to leave and will be stopped at the airport. The best thing to do is go to his bank and explain the situation as due to the amount of people that are being relocated, they may have ways to help.
