Anyone Know Where Ministry of Health Moved To?

I went to the Ministry of Health to pick up my medication that was turned over to them by Customs only to find out they moved. The English version of the handwritten note in the window said "Moved to Asian Games Building near Civil Ministry in Wadi Al Sail." I have no idea what the handwritten Arabic version of the note said. The number that Qtel gives out for the Ministry of Health doesn't pick up. Does anyone know where Ministry of Health moved to or what the correct phone number is?

I just did this about 2 weeks ago, I had to go to the White Palace that is located at the White Palace roundabout, off of C Ring, to pick up medication. The White Palace building sits on the corner.

Take the road from the Civil Defense Roundabout towards Mushaireb B-Ring road underpass. The Ministry of Health Building is 500 meters (right side), starting from that roundabout.
