Indeed light was freaking damn good and proved once again that Good always prevails over Bad. Aftab from Angels won the 8 ball tournament and walked away with a brand new cue stick which i'm sure he'll be using to kick more demon butt from here on end. What a match it was, a SCORE i'm not going to forget and a score i'm not going to let Adams.apple forget anytime soon. 12-0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nope your eyes are not playing tricks on you 12-0 was the score last night in the main event! Adams sorry buddy but you played awesome in all elimination rounds, you got knocked out and you jumped right back in but luck just was not on your side yesterday. Next time walk towards the LIGHT!
In Speed Vs Aftab.azam both went neck to neck in some serious display of pool skills but aftab.azam always has a few tricks up his sleeves and came out on top. It was a friendly match and both players were very happy. (I hope..lol)
And last but not the least the personal rivalry between KAT Vs KSANOVA on the pool table was finally settled officially once and for all with yours truly and still your KING KAT who SMOKED KSA 7 - 3. KSA just couldnt take it any more and threw in the towel. Buddy KSA you were good...but the KAT just got better my friend. Ah i know i'm getting my arse slaughtered the next time we meet at the tables but KHALLAS this will go down in the records and thats all I wanted hehehe!

Never in my wildest imagination did i think that this tournament would have so much of excitement and turn out to be one of the best events i could possibly organize. I wanted just 24 players and i got 32 to begin with, and more just wanted to join. I'm sorry the prizes were not too big but thats all i could budget in. Its the experience i was looking for. I've made some AWESOME friends along the way, and i hope all the participants have too. I feel like my game skills have improved by leaps and bounds after this tournament by getting so many tips from adams.apple, hamid, aftab.azam etc. Thank you guys so much for guiding me and sharing your valuable techniques with me.
Speed, Aftab.azam, Rebel,Draj, Witchstix, KSA, Loulsy, Adams.apple XENA, Bilu and ALL the cheerladys and Cheerlada's Thank you all so much for everything u guys have done through out the tourney. Smoke would be lost without you guys standing behind me giving me your support in everything 100%. Again if i did anything wrong please forgive the Kitty, and sweep everything under the rug. Looking fwd to organizing something bigger and better for everyone soon after Ramadan and will need all the help from each and everyone of you again :)

adams was a cool guy but still you cant win always and his badluck turned up in style in the finals :) well better luck in the next one..better luck for all of us..chaudry we chould practice more and more...cant be beaten again :)

After reading all that has been written by Smoke, it would only be a repetition, but nonetheless to add a few things on the overall...tourney:
I must say The Darn Kat is getting good at handling things...very well managed tournament, and absolutely amazing to see such cooperation, enthusiasm, at times guidance, and fun-loving atmosphere from all the participants, cheerleaders, cheerladas and officials and staff of Hot Shots...
It was a very wonderful feeling to hear Hamid call up and ask, "Bhai, when's the game starting on more than a couple of occassions" even when he wasn't playing that showed...
It was absolutely a spectacle to watch all and some of the classy players play through the tournament, watch their class sweep through the table, see their techniques, and watch the concentration and love for the game...I'm sure many of us who were witness to the games, have learnt something new out of this past 1 week...
Thanks to all the players who never complained, objected or said a word to the tricks, stunts, and game policies that were given to them, everyone very kindly oblidged and adhered to all the rules...Thank you for the support guys & GIRLS!
A few points have been learnt on the management of the event, but again, there is always a learning curve in every aspect of our lives...and this was just one of them...hopefully the next should be even BETTER and BIGGER!
Above all ladies and gentlemen, once again, thanks to the cheerleaders: Loulsy (to be present every single evening), Khanan (to show up on 2 days), and Bilutopia to have come every day too...
Players like Xena, Aftab.azam, Speed and Chaudary to have come and show their support every evening is highly appreciated...
Also a special note of thanks to Loulsy for her never-ending support to the planning of this tournament with her valuable feedback/suggestions...
This Thanks would not be complete however without mentioning the tireless efforts put in by our very own Witchstix in handling finances and logistics of the tournament...

LOL i was hoping for a good fight from adams too, but alas how about a rematch? We can set it up this weekend. Just for fun to see if Aftab is really that good or Adams was just having a bad day? How many would like to see a rematch?

What a game boy? You really played like a champ. Not a single missing shot. For the first game you started putting pressure on Adams. He was bit counfused what to do? There was no answer. Even he could have one some game but the pressure of a big match making him to do some silly mistakes.
Over all the final was not up to the standard we are lookig for. At least there should be some fight:( but totally one sided game.
Congrats Smoke at last you made KSA sit in a corner. Now KSA must be looking for Aftab to give him some coaching classes:)

WOW my Friend won the Tournament.. wow i am soo happy for him man ... And i am thinking i made his entry at the eleventh hour of begining of tournament.. and now he is a CHAMPION ... WOW .... CONGRATES TO HIM.. AND I AM GOING TO HAVE A TREAT FROM HIM :D

Sorry to see Adams leave with such a low score, as i had been a witness to his cool headedness and amazingly impeccable technique... but then Aftab was a surprising accurate player who showed a great caliber!!!
Smokey, KSA, Witchstix... thx for making this happen and pulling it off!! it was a wonderful Event... I am sure the next event will be even better and very much awaited!!!
a special note to Speed.. thank you for taking the time to give me pointers and to play under ur guidance.. u are seriously a fantastic teacher and I am very enthusiastic about repeating the scenario so that i can learn to play at least with a quarter of your skills... :D :D

yeah.... it was really a great event, Pool Tournament... for sure everybody had enjoyed a lottttttt....... a great effor from Smoke and KSA again..... congrats Aftab for a great victory... 12-0!!!!!!!! rally a great victory... now its the time to be more professional... lets think about Snooker next time... hope it would be as fun as Pool... ok guys and gals... have a nice day..
