Hi guys,

I need your advice.
Tommorow is my last day of my full time job. I am meant to leave to start college on Monday. But if I leave my job I will have no money at all. I do want to go to college, its what I want to do in the long term, but for 4 years of my life how will i survive without money?

Things arent good at home either so if I get kicked out, I'll have no money to support myself!

What do you think I should do?
Speak to me team leader this afternoon and ask if I can keep me job?
Or leave and go to college on Monday?

Is college free in your country of residence? If not, can you get financial aid? Can you get on-campus work?

Try your best to go to college, even if you have to make sacrifices and not really enjoy life for those four years, in the end it will pay off.

There are a lot of accredited universities that offer distance education or partial residential 4 yr programs.

Universities esp in Australia have established a very good rep. for their online education and they are accredited by the Australian govt. too.

Low education = lowpay and hard job

higher education = higher pay and relex job

decision is yours.

i've been a working students since grade 2....I value so much education and at the same time my carrer.

In this situation, you need to think not even once but as many as you can until you made a right decision..

You need to consider a lot of factors to made a good shot. Think what will be the consequenses when you proceed your college...first financial, is there somebody who will provide your expenses in 4 years? if none, can you finance yourself in any means? are you secure with your job here in a long term? You have to consider also your age..if your still young you can do a lot of options and you can still do try and error..but if not better priority the stable carrer.

The most important is, you have to surrender this to GOD, offer to GOD what ever his plan for you..wether negative or possitive after all everything is from him..

Thats what i did and i can assure you the it is very effective.. hope it help you..

College and a good education/qualifications is the best choice if you can do it. Speak to your college and ask what benefits you can claim and if there is any financial support available for students, like hardship funds etc. The other option would be to find a job that allowed you day release to college.
