You must get a letter from your sponser/company with the salary mentioned in that,at the same time names of parents must be same in both passports(Your and sisters)

If there is any variation in name you will find very hard to convince be cause of language. If u fail to get,then try Qatar Airways tourist visa.

If you are on a working visa, you can go directly to the airport immigration and get a visa, just bring the requirement mention earlier.

1- Letter from your company address to immigration showing total your salary (required above Qrs. 5000 mostly)

2- Her passport copy

3- Your ID & Passport copy.

4- Form you fill up.
