Is it possible to change sponsorship for Jordanians?

My case is that I was working for one company 4 years,recently the company terminated me and its not willing to give me NOC letter, my question to all friends if there is any possibility to prevent the company to cancel my visa hence I didn't cause any problem to it.
Second issue if some body can advise about transfer sponsorship for Jordanians?

You can't do anything about it. You're out.
You don't HAVE TO work in Qatar, you can go work in any country in the world.
its the companys own discretion to give you noc letter. And as i heard jordanians are not allowed to transfer sponsorship . I happened to know a few taht has been cancelled and flew back home. I wish you good luck, though...
Try not to transfer sponsorship as much as possible. The last Jordanian person i know who applied for transfer of sponsorship had his visa canceled... he tried out all his options (he was a man of significant influence) but the only thing he got was a slight extension to the visa so his children could finish off the academic year... and he had to leave the country in under two months...
