Profession in Visa - INCHARGE?

Hi,
I am planning to move to Doha on a Work Visa. I have a PhD and I have offer of employment from a leading multinational. I will be employed in a senior management role as I understand with salary of the order of QAR46K (incl housing) + bonus.

The question is:

I received my work visa and the Profession shown here is: INCHARGE RESP

I don't know what this means but I want to know if this is like a manager or not. I will move to Doha with family and want that my family can travel freely in GCC. We are Indian nationals planning to move from UK.
Please advise urgently ...

Changing position after coming to Qatar is HORRIBLE. You need to do it before entering Qatar. I recently shifted from another Gulf Country and had problem with profession

and struggling for last 7 months to change inspite of drawing 31k Salary. My family visa is a big question mark now and application rejected twice! Interestingly I was in Qatar under the same sponsor 5 years back with my correct profession of Engineer and had family visa. All the old documents (including original old ID) available but not helping me to change the profession. Initially they told 6 months bank statement required for this and now they are telling profession change is only after one year.

Be carful!

sir, your posiotn can travel GCC country. If possible, ask your company to change doctor position. It's more convenience for you. When u arrived to Doha, you can change your positon supported by your company.
