Can anyone help me to upgrade my 3gp/16gb I phone V2.0.2 to V3.0 or latest version?

HI I bought a 3GP (16GB / V2.0.2)Iphone thru one of my friend from US. its working fine with Q-tel simcard, iam able to connect to wifi etc. BUT, if i click i tunes, its saying "cannot connect to itunes store, the itune store is not supported in this country".

if i click installer, its saying "installer is being discontinued. Ripdev repositories for installer will close on july 1,2009"

can anyone help me to upgrade to 3.0 or 3.1 version?

call 6565980 hashim after 16th of this month cause he is on holiday, he can fix your problem.
