How do we know that the visa was cancelled...? when he can come back to Doha?

My brod in-law resigned from his job & went home to Phil.due to low salary and employers bad manners....
He plan to come back & work.But his previous employer will not give him NOC...how do we know the visa is cancelled...or not...? who is the right person to ask...?

Open www.moi.gov.qa then click official documents then enter his ID/RP No. then enter. You can see the status, whether RP is cancelled or not.

He has to wait 2 years to enter to Qatar on visit/residence visa as long as he is not able to provide NOC from previous company.
