API (Petroleum Refinery Inspector) Pay Scale

My husband has his API 510 ( pressure vessle inspector), API 570 (inservice piping inspector), and his API 653 ( above ground storage tank inspector). He also has a CWI through AWS ( Certified Welding Inspector. What pay scale should he expect from Qatar Petroleum and Rasgas, or other companies there). Thanks
