Can a child with European passport get resident permit in qatar, is the birth certificate required? is it ok if the child carries mother's surname? is it problem if the father's name is not in the birth certificate? the father and mother are legally mother in Qatar but the child was born abroad.

The surname is not a problem as long it is your child, incase the child is not of the sponsoring parent then the sponsoring parent should be married to the mother/father of the child.
