Here are my thoughts, or actually personal guidelines.

- Never approach directly.

Be creative, make coincidence happen. Create a situation where you accidentally come across her, giving you ONE chance to send across a smile and potentially open a conversation. For instance, pay for something at the same time, wait in the same line or next to her.

- Never stare/follow/block

Never walk behind your cock like a horny idiot. If you want to walk across her path, lets say in a mall, find a way around her, and walk back into her direction. Do not stare, make sure you twist your head at the moment just before passing by. She has already seen you, make sure you cross eyes, smile.

- In case of verbal contact.

Be freaking polite. Simple questions only. Nothing personal, intimate or sexual. She will direct you in the conversation, or cut it off.

Now, while talking to her look out for

- Eyes - expanding pupil - she likes you, is interested.

- Hands/arms. Crossed, forget it. Open palms, you are accepted.

- Movements. Touches hair, seems nervous yet smiles. Your okay. She looks left and right and speaks quickly, forget it.
