Hi All Friends & Readers,

I have one of my friend who has joined one company in Qatar who was interviewed in India and based on his
terms he had demanded for NOC.

While signing contract for 2 years he had asked company to provide NOC if he leaves company after 2 years company will give him NOC.

Now he has completed 2 years of service. Before 1 month of contract was left company gave him NOC which is backdated but still he is working for the same company.

In near future if he resigns will his NOC will be valid
for applying for new job.

Yes, NOC is still valid if there is no validity stated on the certificate itself. Now, if your friends NOC has validity date, then youre friend had to ask a new NOC since it has already expired.
