driving with a dog on your lap!!!!
To the lady in the white Mercedes last night,'hats off to you!' I have seen people drive while talking on the mobile, with their feet on the dashboard and also with babies on their laps but this was the first time i saw someone with a dog on their lap with its head out the window!!!!
Thanks for the novel experience, i am sure i won't be able to forget it. What is it with people? Why can't they follow the rules and avoid putting lives in danger?

At least the dog is "old enough" to know what it is doing. What about the significantly higher percentage of people who choose to allow their children to drive, sit on their laps (as potential airbags - visit the chronic care wing at Hamad) etc.
Teach people to adopt child seats (in the rear of the car) then talk to me about a dog hanging its head out the window (which is also irresponsible so the owner is a total jerk) God knows how they treat a child.

Maybe she thought its ok. besides, it did not mention in the driving rules that it prohibits dog on her lap. lol!!!
She is following a 'rule' and that is to have dog in her lap while driving.
