I wanted to go for a 1-week vacation in Turkey.. Can someone please advise me how to get tourist visa in Turkey? and What are the requirements needed for the visa application..

You can get a tourist visa at the border. Strangely though, you must get a transit vise ant the consulate

I was thinking about a trip to Turkey last year, and Ali Bin Ali offered me a very good package. I did not go actually, as I changed my destination. But anyway check with Ali BIn Ali, I remember they offered to get me the visa too..
