How much should be the real Salary as I.T. Technician here in Qatar?

Currently I am working as I.T. Technician in one of the biggest contruction firm/company here in Qatar. And so far they gave me $1,100 as my monthly salary. For details, the scope of my works are to handle daily preventive maintenance of about 500 and above units of computers with the following job assignments: Preventive Maintenance/General Cleaning in Computer Desktop and Laptop Hardware parts and Softwares installations, Peripherals installations, Solving problems thru on calls and onsites delivery services, networking and configurations, Repair and Troubleshooting, Monthly viruses preventions of 500 computers and many many more... Thru stated above monthly salary its include our daily benifits of free food, accomodation and transfortation, 1 year contract and free trip ticket for vacation or if renew.
And as my background and job experiences: Total numbers of years working in I.T. Field are 14 years, with the following Positions: Computer Professor/Instructor, Accrideted Assessor and Trainor in Technical Education Skills and Development Authority - TESDA Central Office -Philippines), Certified IT, Graphics Animator/Designed, and System Development.
Hope you could contribute me an idea regarding this matter. And if has anybody here can offer me with great salary and benefits then we could make and arrangement.

One is Nationality. Second is responsibility. Based from your post, your responsibility is mainly Desktop support, which puts you on the bottom of the Totem pole for IT. You don't update virus definitions on every PC manually, you trigger it from the server. Is it that hard? You don't install softwares to 500 computers on a daily basis...it's just as required. Basically, if you work 8 hrs a day, you are only busy for 3 hrs, and the rest would just be "waiting" for something to happen. If you want to move up the ladder, certifiy yourself so that you can be a Systems Admin or Network Admin...then it would be a different story. Higher salary comes greater responsibility. Your responsibility is not of critical value, much more of the Server/System/Network Administrator of your company.
