sure there were high risk patients who were suspected of having it. but after the tests(3)they all went home, relieved!!!Screening doesn't mean you have to physically checked from the ports, unless the thermal scanner pinpoints you. Or once the symptoms appear and develops. Breathe easy folks. But avoid the crowds and WATCH THOSE HANDS please.

was what i meant by avoiding travel. Swine flu is a mutated virus a mix of several viruses, avian included. The thing is, there are no known antidotes for it, and no exact tests available especially for it. What happens is that, they just rule out the other flu strains which we had previously,(avian,b,and a),and thats it. The tamiflu capsules given to treat patients are just used for prophylaxis(cleaning out the system) but it cannot eradicate the virus totally. And is only effective if taken within the initial 3 days right after the symptoms starts.
