Go for it as they are one of the best in Doha. I have friends who rent a flat near Sena and they are very happy with the service. The flat is very big and it's well kept. Why don't you ask to view the property before signing the contract?
The standard cleaning service from Al Emadi is extra. I chose to go with my own maid as she was a lot cheaper. You will be charged for anything over and above 'normal wear and tear' only when you leave.
They are very good. the housekeeping is good and the maintenance is pretty fast as well. Monn is right though, they do tend to do some "mistakes" sometimes. but if you bring it to their attention then they will hear you out. had a friend of mine who had the same situation that Monn was talking about, but they ended up apologising about the whole misunderstanding!
the rock, my mom lives at the Salwa building as well, hmm you might be neighbours.. Al Emadi is nice... at least that's what i have observed from my stay there..nice and spacious..
I just moved in to their salwa building last week and so far aboslutely fantasitc experience. From their marketing/sales folks to the maintenance, all very helpful and polite.
My particular apt is very spacious but you will have to see each one for that.
They are frickin excellent. I've been in a 2 bed behind Sana for 18 months. Well furnished, well maintained. No complaints AT ALL (except for the upstairs neighbours!)
