Can special leave b etaken while is under notice period?
My question is if suppose one is under notice period of 2 months with its employer, can during that period an employee takes special leave to go his country and come back. in that case, dues are yet to be settled meaning thereby end of service benefit and salry is stillto be given.
You can go to your home country or any other country during notice period as long as your passport has valid Residence Permit of Qatar and you have valid Exit Permit. Once your employer has taken your passport for cancellation etc, you may not go home until final settlement.
Normally, no Employer will allow any Employee to go home during Notice Period !!
