Need Your Help
Hello guys, I need your help my friend is asking for a legal advice on what he will do since his company is ignoring his query regarding the Recidence Permit which was expired last December of 2008. He told me that how many times he try to e-mail his company's H.R. but they are always telling that its on process! Thus the said issue can be a ground to transfer into other company? We need your legal advice on this....thanks in advance")
He is still reporting in his company,,,,the thing is till date he dont have a valid Residence Permit....I am calling the attention of those people who know very well about the Qatar Law for this circumstances....Thus, this issue can help him to find another job without having an NOC....since the Company's HR are helpless.

its not clear............. where is ur friend now in doha or back home and how long is he away from work.
