Ethyl alcohol as Disinfectant

I would like to know if we can use ETHYL Alcohol or ETHANOL as disinfectant here in qatar and how can we buy them? In the philippines, we normally use this as disinfectant by putting it in a spray bottle for hand use. This is effective as this can reduce microorganism when sprayed and besides this is food grade.

Denatured is available but is not food grade. I dont think food grade ethyl alcohol is available.
