Hi,

I had a mishap yesterday. I tripped in my bathroom and my back fell first and hit my bath tub.

I saw a doctor yesterday and he said its just a muscle strain and needs to be massaged.

Which place is best to go for massage and cheap.

Thanks!

Thanks single guy!

I know! I am so confused by now....

I had a massage from the thai massage center ( or something like that) beside the thai snack resto...and the pain went away but after few days when I bend over, I was petrified with an immense pain at my back and fell on my knees, again in the bathroom...so I was rushed in to American hospital which BTW was really bad coming from a very history and image of what they have in DUbai...I was frustrated more coz the doctor cant seem to understand what I am saying and just watch all the words coming out of my mouth.....surprisingly, the pharmacist gave me a better medicine because the doctor gave me a prehistoric medicine that doesnt exist anymore since the ice age.

Now, I am better. Thanks to everyone.

Dorsiflexion is the movement which decreases the angle between the foot and the leg, so that the toes are brought closer to the shin. The movement moving in opposite directions is called plantarflexion...

Seek first the advice of a physiatrist or rehabilitation physician, they are the expert in diagnosing and treating pain....perhaps he will advice you for a physiotherapy session.....

Dont just go to any massage clinic, it might aggravate the situation...

We should take extra care with our back bone, it is where the spinal cord lodge....

There is Kottakal on Al Saad street, above Versailles. Kottakal is according to the Indian Aruvedic (spelled correct?) principal. It is more of a mediacl massage. They use healing oils. I can highly recommend it for serious problems. ph. 4360061. Separate areas for ladies /men.

I recently had a serious neck/shoulder muscle pull. I needed to take ibuprofen and apply heat for a solid 2 weeks. Massage could have been dangerous. If your doctor really suggests massage I would have him recommend a place---perhaps a massage therapist or physical therapist would be better, someone who has actually been trained/certified. Don't let some amateur anywhere near you if you have any sort of injury.

hi there..

Speech recognition (also known as automatic speech recognition or computer speech recognition) converts spoken words to machine-readable input (for example, to key presses, using the binary code for a string of character codes). The term "voice recognition" is sometimes incorrectly used to refer to speech recognition, when actually referring to speaker recognition, which attempts to identify the person speaking, as opposed to what is being said. Confusingly, journalists and manufacturers of devices that use speech recognition for control commonly use the term Voice Recognition when they mean Speech Recognition.

Speech recognition applications include voice dialing (e.g., "Call home"), call routing (e.g., "I would like to make a collect call"), domotic appliance control and content-based spoken audio search (e.g., find a podcast where particular words were spoken), simple data entry (e.g., entering a credit card number), preparation of structured documents (e.g., a radiology report), speech-to-text processing (e.g., word processors or emails), and in aircraft cockpits (usually termed Direct Voice Input).

And one more thing it comes with your windows system ,,,,Use the tool make your life easy...Any thing else do not hesitate,,,Thanxxx :)

You don't want to get a massage this soon after an injury. Ice it and take Ibuprofen to keep the initial swelling of the injury down. I know a British sports massage therapist but I won't give his contact details to the public. If you are interested in getting his contact info PM me.

Never forget the things that really do matter...
