All u have to do is to go to the nearest health center in your area and ask any doctor there to give u referral to Hamad General Hospital to get an appointment to a Diabetologist,,,,,I recommend Dr. Marwan Ramadan, he's very good...if u need more information, feel free to ask, ok hope this info will help u.
