actually, 3.0 iphone classic is activated and jailbroken now in applei.ph. (but just a reminder, this 3.0 release is only BETA version.. the original 3.0 will be officially released on june..)
I have the 3.0 firmware in SDK. but if you are not developer, just search in torrents and you will find 3.0 firmware.
