Since i came to doha and i am visiting the city center, i have been told that there is a smoking ban in public places, this banner is next to the coffee cottage, the funny part was that a guy was sitting just next to it and smoking, actually the whole shop was smoking.

Hey , I didn't quite got the joke
Indoor smoking is banned in gov. offices and public places such as the airport..etc.
Or are you picking on the law not being enforced as should?
