I heard in the grapevine that rents(room) in doha will decrease this coming months...is there any thruth about this?

you are right vmakunhi.

rents will definitely falling down as the barwa opens. As the law of supply and demand, the last few years, doha seemed to built numerous houses/ buildings and we may notice the low level of occupancy, i may say.

owners, will soon pay loan installments and should have cash flows for this.

When obama come to U.S. presidential chair by organising communities in the net and discussing with them to unify in their decision and determination with patience, why the QL community can form rent-lowering forum, to work on it against looting brokers, and landlord to force them to keep their building emty else bring down the rent to rational and reasonable level? So we will work on it together to achieve that dream and our goal in the very near future, i.e. either cats will live in their villas costing them to clean up or to bring down the rent. no other choice., but be together and rent not any villa if they are expensive., think alternative to stay in flats or share the life, and think further alternative to avoid this situation to pay big rent.

Yeah its already lowering and has become softer than what it was in fall 2007 and early 2008!
