Why Yahoo Mail is hanging

Again this question.
Whenever I open my Yahoo mail, it hangs for 4-5 minutes.
sometime more 10 mintues

durng this 10 mintues, the system does not allow me to type anything. In the lower bar, I can see somthing --
which I have taken a screen shot.

Can someone say,what is happeing .. what I should do to rctify it.

If i had to write 5 mails, it takes 50 minutes, due to this

they hav sent emails to everyone that they r yahoo is underconstruction to make it better for so problems will occur till 15th of march

how to change to new verson of Yahoo Mail

that's a common problem in Yahoo Classic.. change your mail to New Yahoo version.
