Untill now we have concluded 3 animals already into the car & two more probabilities.

1 - Kangaroo

2 - Deer

3 - Wolf

Probability - Dog & fox

By the end of discussion we will have the entire jungle inside poor BMW.

I happen to hit a wolf the week I brought home my new car(no I wasn't speeding..it was night and he ran in front of me too fast for me to stop) If it is a short animal, it will go under the car..if its taller, it flips it up onto the bonnet and over the windscreen...and no, its NOT pretty...

Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked, the good fortune to run into the ones I do,and the eyesight to tell the difference.

By anonymous• 10 Mar 2009 16:53

skdkak ....the engine would have been dented...or broken off...

the height of the car would be low...the height of the kangroo is higher...it cannot get dragged into the engine....no way.

The only was it happened would if an animal entered the engine compartment from below to feel the warmth of the engine.(this happens during the winter....in Doha its the favorite activity of the cats).

about cars so I can't comment on if it is a BMW whatever but that does not look like a Kangaroo to me. May be my contact lenses need cleaning or I am tired.

Could it be a fox or a dog?

That would take care of the point what was a German car doing in Australia.

My thoughts are my own, but I doubt my Mum would agree with some of them.

Looks photoshoped.....there is no dent on the fender....

The impact should have been like a cannon shot into butter....and the kangroo has long legs ....would have definately gone "over" rather than inside the car...

....definately photoshoped...

that isn't a Z4...I have a 2008 Z4 back home and that pic isn't the front end of a Z4...If a Z4 had hit the kangaroo, trust me, it would be in the rider's seat NOT in the engine compartment. The car is too low for it to go through the grille...

By anonymous• 10 Mar 2009 15:35

skdkak, that's indeed what I originally thought. But I wonder how someone can drive at a speed of 250 km/h in the Frankfurt Zoo. Maybe the kangoroo escaped from there and then got hit on the Autobahn.

By anonymous• 10 Mar 2009 15:33

shdkak, why not? Do you think that these millions (just a random number) have all the money required to transport a car from Europe to India?

You are in mood to nail down whatever you wish to. I for one am absolutely sure of one thing of my disinterest in the subject.

I have seen more than a million cars (just a random number) of European number plates in India. Do you think these cars are driven all the way from Europe to India??

But why would a German car being brought to Australia when there is enough 'Autobahn' without speed limit in Germany?

Now are we to discuss economics here.

If the guy can maintain BMW Z4 in Germany - He better has that much cash to make it fly to AU.

Anyway: economics is not the topic.

I've seen cars on the road in Germany with Qatar liscense plates, so it's perfectly possible. Especially for guys like these who buy these cars to test them on different roads.
