and even if u have NOC, you will still have to wait for 6 months(hearsay) most say 2 years...
double check also NOC content..NOC for coming for QAtar only or NOC to work in any company?
Just go to another termination party at the Ramada there is usually one on every Thursday
if you have NOC, try your luck with other companies... really tough now a days..good luck..
