VLOOKUP formula

Can some1 help me with dis formula in Excel. infact, i have been using this formula for quite sometime. but now i dont get the result, except the #NA/ Error.

Scenario:

Lookup value is in Sheet1 and the table is in the Sheet2.

Presuming you are using the below Syntax

VLOOKUP(lookup_value,table_array,col_index_num,range_lookup)

Lookup_value can be a value or a reference. If lookup_value is smaller than the smallest value in the first column of table_array, VLOOKUP returns the #N/A error value.

You to use true/false at the end of the formula to get result.
