Arrogance instead of customer service...

I hear of recession in business all over world, but in Qatar the arrogance of sellers does not come to an end whther be it industrial suppliers big names or our supermarket or Car servicing centres- sales persons are nonchalant, callous with quarrelsome & arrogant attitude, as they ever were in Qatar- considering customer a burden rather than an business opportunity! I wonder- how complacent & foolish are the owners or mgmts of outlets here!!!!

This is a reply to those who suggest why complain leave Qatar...: Next time you suffer from fever instead of consulting doctor or taking medicine commit suicide this world don't "complain" of your sickness to cure it, end up your life... a similar solution ha ha ..

Already spoken to many bottom to the top; sent written complaints citing incidents; but to no avail. They remain as they were. I have seen many brooding over it that's why better to discuss in a common forum- a general opinion!

Qatar.. put up with it... heck, no.

Awareness is the 1st step to change for the better. If there are rude staff, ensure management hears about it. If management is equally rude, then ensure the owner of business hears about it. If all else fails, just "vote with your feet". Tata. There are other options.I don't need to spend my money there. I'm just one person and insignificant for them to consider. Sure, no problemo.

Vip,,,unfortunately the "this is Qatar ", attitude is one of the problems that compound the lack of quality service here.

I so agree with your general comments about customer service in Qatar BUT have you been to Landmarks new Coffee shop / Chocolate shop opposite the BHS entrance - its really ' to die for ' and the customer service is second to none - grovelling in fact! So, say NO to Starbucks and YES to Al Maya!

As the management are supposed to lead by example I think therein lies the answer to your question . :-0
