Virgin started to refund the prices of the tickets.

I managed to get my money back this morning.

Looking forward to other concerts without any cancellations...

i don't think so.. why all radio and TV stations where any kind of music is plaied wouldn't get banned then??

Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra’s performances

The Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra’s January 11 concert at

Aspire, was cancelled keeping in mind the situation in Gaza.

Tickets can be refunded at Virgin Megastore, Villaggio, starting

from January 19 (Monday). As regards the concert slated for

January 17 (Saturday) at Aspire, a decision is still to be made.

An announcement to that effect is expected this Thursday

onwards. (TNN)

if true, then it goes to show that you can't treat artists like labourers

wow.. there IS something wrong with them.. didn't go well, eh? too bad... I went to their last concert in December.. it was really nice.. was looking forwad to go again....but now it's really doubtful...

Novi, thanks for the update. Didn't manage to get over to Virgin today to ask. Hope they get it together soon, I'm leaving next week.
