i havent processed any of my papers yet but my employer sent me a visa via my email. is dat allowable/legal? do i still need to process my authentications regardless?

where do i confirm the legibility of such employer? it's a 'direct hiring' so i dont have an agency to confirm it with. im having 2nd thoughts because of the recession.

It's perfectly legal, and it's the usual way that most companies use. Qatar's IT systems and "minds" are advanced-enough to allow this.
