One can come back with an NOC before 2 years.
false.. false... even tourist visa..you may not get before 2 yrs ban
Yes it's TRUE ..2 years ban has been removed but 5 YEARS ban aaplied... See Gulf Times...
The only way to come back again, is to get NOC from your sponsor before cancelling your Residence Permit.
Before you were able to get Visa after your cancellation from here itself but now you have to exit Qatar then only you can apply for new visa.
