When Mobily first started out in KSA they focuses on service primarily. I'd guess Vodaphone will do the same. There's little point in reducing call rates if your service sucks!
BTW, just back from Malaysia where at least one of the operators offer FREE calls to users of the same network!!!
if there will be any reduction, i don't see it coming very soon with the advent of vodafone, may be in the long run, the change we may be lucky to have is a switch to per second billing system,
