Go to Airport Immigration for tourist visa application.docs needed are your NOC to sponsor from your company,QID copy and your sisters passport copy.QR 200.

I dont know the procedure but as far as immigration branch is concern, you can visit immigration branch in Madinah khalifa, I guess.

Please which of the Qatar airways offices do I go to?

GCC countries like oman,bahrain,kuwait,ksa,uae can get visa on arrival & countries like Andorra,Australia,Austria, Belguim,Brunei, canada, denmark, finland, france, germany, greece, hong kong, iceland, ireland, italy, japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, malaysia, monaco, netherlands, new zealand, norway, portugal, san marino, singapore, south korea, spain, sweden, switzerland, UK (with the right of abode) USA & vatican city CAN get tourist visa on arrival for 2 weeks. if u are not from the country listed above u have to arrange the visa at qatar embassy in ur country or ask some travel agencies who can arrange the visa for ur sis. and always ask the immigration dept. about the visas on arrival for confirmation.

Qatar Airways is issuing a tourist visit for 14 days which can be extended for another 14 days, please approach qatar airways who will assist you in this regard.

If she has a British passport (your profile says you are from the UK) then she can just buy the visa on arrival, at the immigration desk.
