I've been onto Qtel to their online service but it only gives you names not where they are. Is there any other online directory?

It depends which area are you in;

Try to find the nearest electrical and plumbing stores. Usually they have their own plumber to fix it.

But if they say that your motor need to be replace then you have to pay for the new one which is around QAR 140 (depends where it came from) the best is from ITALY, + 30 TO 60 labor cost.
