complete ur one or two years of contract with him , then if he is willing to give No objection letter only then u can change ur place otherwise if u r working in some other place not with the one who is ur sponser the ploice can catch u and throw out of the country or will punish with money ...

Ok maybe the rule changed to 1 year. Good. In my time it was 2 years. Yes the secondment letter is for 6 month only but you can extend this. And the sponsors are not so bad as you think. It is the middle men who are usually the problem.

what is a secondment letter?

Aisha the law is 1 year under the same sponsor, not 2. Also the secondment letter can only be used for up to 6 months at a time.

First of all you can not change sponsorship until you have been for 2 years with your present sponsor. But first I would like to ask you a question. Has your sponsorship been finalized? Do you have the final stamp in your passport? If yes then you will have to wait.

Now 2nd question. How is your relationship with your sponsor. If it is good, you can talk to him and say you want to work for xyz company and would he give you a secondment letter. That way you would stay under your sponsor sponsorship but can legally work for xyz.

Qatar and most of gulf have manner of slavery due to old culture they have as arab , it is a habit before becomming law .

they can not forget that they were arab and used to have slaves in their home , so they now compansating that with slaved Workers.

do not beleive someday that will be changed , they like that and will fight to keep it as iot is.

belive me , leave that country as soon as possible , work not only in qatar . there are a lot around the world.

i did not work in Qatar before but i am one of ppl who fighting slavery and stats is showing Qatar as the first country in slavery laws.

You cant change your sponsorship until you have completed a full year with your current sponsor.

If your current sponsor wants to send you home he can, its that simple. Without a NOC you cant return for 2 years. If you are working for someone other than your sponsor all that is required is a letter from your sponsor giving you permission to work for someone else but it can only be a temporary arrangement. If there is no permission from your current sponsor to work for anyone other than him it is illegal.

How i can get a Non Objetion Letter?

You ask your sponsor for it, you don't need to finish your contract before asking for it.

what is it exactly?

It's just says that he approves a transfer of visa, or you coming back to the country under another sponsor in less than 2 years.

Can my sponsor delete my visa?

Yes.

Can he send me out of Qatar when i m asking for changing?

Yes.

Is it possible that my old and my new sponsor are making something like a hired-out worker contract?

Yes. But I think it's for a limited time (maybe 6 months?)
