I Have been born here in Qatar and have been residing for 30 + years.....after my graduation i have joined a local company with transfer of sponsorship from my dad to this company....i.e. iam a local recruit....now i have worked for 5 years and the company which is a local group of companies have no release according to their rules....can i legally obtain change of sponsorship if iam able to get a better and high paying job than the current one...pls advice.

i am sorry to say this but in any case it is not possible it is totally upto the company.local or qatar born will make no difference
