Is Sony DLSR A350 better?

to all camera geeks out there, i need your professional advice and opinion regarding Sony DSLR Alpha a350. im planning to buy this camera next month and i need your honest opinion about this camera. this will be my first dslr cam so i dont wanna regret after buying. i have read some reviews online and not too bad at all...p0ls help or if you can suggest a btter dslr camera as well...thanks guys!

and make sure you budget for lenses. a camera system is only as good as the lenses, so if you're on a budget keep that in mind.

Sony DSLR is not bad- Sony Bought the Minolta brand and has upgraded those designs, not a bad choice. Myself I use the Nikon D2X and I am extremely happy with it.

Do not compare a Nikon Point and Shoot with a Nikon DSLR, it is like night and day.

thanks for your insights guys! but i have these bad experience with nikon though. i have 2 nikon point and shoot digicams and all of them suddenly stop functioning with no apparent reasons! until now i cant figure it out what happened why suddently its not functioning...so by this, i had bad idea about nikon cameras.....

hi,

I am using Nikon D90 recently purchased... but before that i am using canon brand...

these brands are reliable and tested for the quality and satisfaction than others...

I havent yet use sony for SLR...

if you want to invest for SLR cameras, go to the noted brands.

i have never used a sony DSLR.

i bought a nikon SLR 10 years ago and a nikon D80 last october.

i have always been very happy with nikon, and the D80 is the best one available in that price range.

when buying a good camera, i would not consider one made by a company that does not specialize in cameras.
