Where are the I.T. jobs?

We've tried all avenues;qatarliving,bayt.com,kershawleonard.net,keyresources.com,claredon parker etc just name it to get an IT job for my brther-in-law but we are yet to get any response from companies.
Can anybody help direct us to the right source for job for my brther-in-law?He is a French citizen residing in the UK for the past 15 years.He has B.Eng(hons) in Comunication and software engineering from a UK university.He's IT support specialist/technician with over 5 years experience.He realy needs a job outside the UK preferably Qatar.

Thanks blackbeard for the response.But as i earlier mentioned we've tried everywhere including QP.My hubby works for QP subsidiary and had applied online at QP website but no response so far.We're kinda short of ideas on how to go about this issue.

If I was him, I'll try QP. I think they're recruiting IT experts there.. unlucky for me though.. ^_^
