Hi
As per I know, here in Qatar birth control is restricted and any birth control materials like pil or others for female not available in farmechy. So we are asking our friends to bring from our native country. What is the best solution?
The pill can be bought over the counter without a prescription, and yes it is easier here to get hold of then in other countries such as the UK but that is all for good reason. Blood pressure and type all varies in people therefore with all the different brands the all suit different needs.
Research it online and see if you can get a consultation done online to see which pill suits you best.
Perhaps to they ask your age to prove you are of proper age to be considering doing what you are planning to do when seeking birth control? It would then make sense to require seeing the ID to prove that age.
You are definitely mislead by someone my friend, go and ask a pharmacist they can give a variety to choose from. Check it out yourself, I know most of the pharmacy here have one brand to offer. Good luck
Contraceptive pills can be brought from most Phamarcy overs the counter. Pharmacy in Villagio opposite Carrefour also sells them.. So Conclusion to your question is that Birth Control is not banned in Qatar.
If your friend is already conceived and she would like to get rid of it in the very early stage then there is no way to get the medicine in any of the pharmacies or on counter. Qatar is an Islamic country and they do not allow such things here that is why medicines are not sold here. I do remember that they stopped selling such medicines in the begining of 1980. I know that in most of the countries you will get some medicines for bringing back the mestural cycle if you are in doubt of pregnancy in the very early stage.
If you are talking about contraceptive pills they are available in pharmacies.
Birth control is not restricted in Qatar and hasn't been for a very long time (15 years at least that I know of). Birth control pills are available over the counter, without a prescription, at every pharmacy. Brand names may be different than what you're used to from your home country, but there is a variety of doses and types. Condoms are in every supermarket and pharmacy.
What are you on about! Condoms available in all the usual places, and the contraceptive pill is available over the counter at pharmacies - which is more readily available than they are in the UK.
I dont think so..depends if your refering to operations. There are pills availabe over the counter and then there are always condoms so what kind of birth control are you asking about?
