it is going to be a difficult time for everyone in the world, because the current financial crisis is going to affect everyone in the world, not just mallus....we have always been hearing that life is full of ups and downs...i think it is time to experience it, once again....but we will be optimistic....after all that's why we SAVE our money for.....to use it in tough times like this....we will survive this for sure....good luck to all....
I believe the Call Center Industry will not be majorly affected job wise. But the profits will be affected as the Dollar falls.
