Please i will like to how one from my end-Guinea-conakry can be able to get visa to Qatar as there is not embassy of Qatar here in Guinea and the neighbouring contries?

This has been a question most people has been asking and no answer has been made to it.

Secondly,why dont the Government of Qatar allow foreigners to marry their children?
