Moving to Doha

Hi,
I am moving to Qatar in November and was trying to recci the things to do in Doha. I have been to to Doha a few times so know the rough layout but I guess living there is a totally different experience.
Is there any special pubs clubs that the expats frequent ?.
Any advice or recomendations would be greatly appreciated.
