Chinese Massage Report

OK, my back, shoulders and neck were really killing me yesterday so I went to the Chinese place behind Lulu to try them out.

1. The place needs a good clean!
2. the Massage tables are home made and I had a chunk of plywood stuck under my chin for 30 minutes.
3. The Massuer was playing a computer game (RPG) when I entered the room. At one point he stopped the massage to make his next move - I told him not to do that again!
4. The massage was not all that good, though I am a little better today - this may have been due to a good night's sleep!
5. Cost is advertised at 135 for a 1 hour session, but I got discount to 120.

I hate to break it to you, but people do get proper massages in those places. Maybe not what you expected, huh?

Anyway, Bald.. we went to the Thai Snack along Al Nasr and found out that it was only for Men. I think Grantley already posted some info. about it.

We went to the Thai Lady Massage along Al Sadd (just before Toys R Us) and oooh my it was really nice. We waited for an hour because they were fully booked but it was definitely worth the wait.. oh and btw, it's only for ladies. :( Rate is good QR 170. For members it's QR 120 for an hour.

I'm suggesting you should try the one in Al Nasr, it's Thai.. it should be good. They know what they're doing!

Good morning

That Thai massage is for males. To the best of my knowledge, there is no female version

it's a part of Thai Snack restaurant. Truly!! Go in the gate and the food part is ahead to the right, the massage to the left. Quite clean, very proper and (if I recall) 120 for an hour. It's really very good!

I was asking you guys! Will try it tomorrow in the afternoon and will give you a feedback.

As for directions, ask Darude where Al Nasr is. All I know, it's along Doha Clinic.

Can you give me directions? One thing's for sure I'll not be doing Chinese again in a long while!
