Medical Facility for a visitor who is a cancer patient

One of my friend wants to bring his mother (she is a cancer patient) on visit visa and want to keep her with him for extended period (six months or more if possible). What kind of medical facility is availble to his mother (he is willing to bear the expenses privately). This mostly will include pain medication or in a worst case scanario Hospitalization. Any input would be highly appreciated. Also if any body know a oncologist or a pain management physican (who have private practice) and provide any contact numbers is much appreciated.
