Hmm, are your interests only in music? If no, then why not start reading a book series? That is what I do when I am really bored and I don't have access to the computer ;P. Or, as a matter of fact, how about watching a new series? That is even better and less boring.

If you can ONLY use the net, then you should look at some of the recently released games with multiplayer, or look for some free mmorpgs/fps if you don't want to waste the money. I myself play Counter-Strike, and find it extremely fun. Maybe you would too.

once in my childhood i got bored.. my friend told me: COMPOSE THE OPERA!..since then i am never bored again.. I have never composed the opera.. but i learnt how to spend my time usefully and beneficially...

...so YOU can do...

try learning the guitar! get a starter guitar, there are lots of free online courses! I started learning myself using these and it's amazing if you're passionate about it! buy a cheap drum kit.. start learning drums if you're not into guitars, or a keyboard.

Join a local gym, keep a workout routine and follow it.

Download tv shows! Watch episode after episode, kills time very well :P Watch movies, read books, there are lots of things to do!

Its quite 'mysterious' how you say you can't go out. Anyway, let me share you how I spend my free time...

I... go on-line and surf and chat, go out to shop, I love to dine out and have coffee, I play tennis, I sing with my Choir, I watch movies and listen to my favorite music, I meet my friends and sometimes go out on a date...

There are only limited things you can do indoors. That reminds me, I have to do my laundry tonight! =D
